Luxury Apartment Brussels

The median price of an apartment in Brussels amounted to € 175,000 in 2011. This is 5.4 % more than in 2010. But we can see that the real estate market in Belgium is a stable market that has not known a real estate bubble.

The municipalities the most expensive are Woluwe-Saint-Lambert, Woluwe-Saint-Pierre and Ixelles which topped at € 235,000 each (2011).

Regarding luxury real estate, the gated communities also arrived on the luxury real estate market in Brussels. In particular, the executive of Europe Union, the executives of multinational corporations and tax exiles demand for this type of luxury property that is very private and very secure.
