Spring 2012: Slight drop of property price in Paris

According to the latest figures published by Paris-Ile-de-France Chamber of Notary, the average price in Paris has continued to drop gently. The prices for properties (without new buildings) in Paris fall again slightly, reaching 8,300 €/m² during the period from November 2011 to February 2012 against 8,370 €/m² previously.
