Legal notice for property providers

Your legal notice is displayed in your property description and in your company profile.
You can change or expand it at any time in your personal customer area under the menu item "Edit customer data".

Some information about the 5 legal notice fields:

VAT ID number
Specification of the VAT ID number according to section 27a of the German VAT Act (e.g. DE 987 654 321) or (if available) a tax identification number according to section 139c of the German Tax Code.

Authorized representative
For legal persons: Specification of the name of at least one authorized representative (e.g. name of the managing director).

Supervision authority
Specification of the name and address of the responsible supervision authority (e.g. Ordnungsamt (regulatory authority) Frankfurt).

Commercial register and register number
Specification of the commercial register, register of associations, partnership register or cooperative society register in which you are registered as well as the corresponding register number. For professional associations: Please specify the commercial register and the commercial register number (e.g. AG Essen; HRB 98765).

Trade association
According to German law, regulated professions are professions to which access is legally regulated (e.g. tax accountant, certified public accountant, lawyers) or where the use of a professional title depends on specific prerequisites (e.g. engineers, architects). If the tele service is executed in the form of a regulated profession, the following specifications are required: The respective trade association, the legal trade name, the state in which it was granted as well as the respective professional codes and how they can be accessed (section 5 no. 5 of the German Telemedia Act).
